MANAGING CHEF
Managing Chef for a full service, full liquor restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. Supervise approximately fifteen plus kitchen employees in a very busy high capacity kitchen. Must have strong supervisory skills, menu planning, etc. along with inventory control and food cost. Previous long term job stability with previous employer and working experience in a high volume kitchen is a must.
Salary range is $40K to $48K with an excellent benefit package.
